We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Liaison to join our team at Nielsen. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing world-class assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints.

Requirements:
- Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
