ABOUT THIS ROLE

Audible's Support Team

We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become a subject matter expert on one or more services
  • Provide support activities and collaborate with development teams to establish and improve service support
  • Operate with guidance from management and drive issues to resolution
  • Understand business logic and architecture to resolve undocumented trouble tickets
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of all support documentation
  • Perform code builds and deployments, communicating status regularly
  • Create and interpret metrics to measure support success and service performance
  • Help develop and refine operational policies and procedures
  • Participate in team planning and contribute to the design and development of support tools
  • Mentor other Support Engineers and contribute to interviewing and onboarding new team members
