ABOUT THIS ROLE
Audible's Support TeamWe're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Become a subject matter expert on one or more services
- Provide support activities and collaborate with development teams to establish and improve service support
- Operate with guidance from management and drive issues to resolution
- Understand business logic and architecture to resolve undocumented trouble tickets
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of all support documentation
- Perform code builds and deployments, communicating status regularly
- Create and interpret metrics to measure support success and service performance
- Help develop and refine operational policies and procedures
- Participate in team planning and contribute to the design and development of support tools
- Mentor other Support Engineers and contribute to interviewing and onboarding new team members
