Key Tasks:

- Previous experience working with NOC operators, IT support technicians, or telecom network supervisors.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of network/service architectures, Linux, SQL, and data management using Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent soft skills, including rigor, organization, and the ability to work under pressure.
- A good level of English language proficiency.
