We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Salesforce, Inc. This role will involve partnering with our largest and highest-profile customers to ensure they achieve their business goals and maximize the value of their Salesforce investment.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with assigned accounts to maintain a focus on the customer's business goals and improve their technical and operational health.
  • Cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships with customer IT and business executive leadership.
  • Help customers achieve their business outcomes on the Salesforce platform.
  • Communicate the value of our Signature Success offerings.
  • Act as an advocate for customers during the triage and resolution of high-severity cases.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews, identify trends, and provide tailored release recommendations.
  • Forge strong relationships with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management teams.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant industry expertise in Technical Customer Success, SaaS platform use, or project leadership.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business terms.
  • Knowledge of software development process and design methodologies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Preferred Requirements
  • +2 years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Salesforce product certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products and features.
