About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our Inside Sales team in Mexico City. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Inside Sales Account Executives, setting team targets and providing coaching and mentorship.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
  • Monitor team performance against sales goals and KPIs, ensuring high standards of customer interactions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and efficiency in sales techniques and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with other sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation and pipeline growth.
