We're seeking a hardworking, results-driven sales professional to drive revenue growth by calling on large enterprise accounts in Mexico City.

As an individual contributor, you will play a vital role in driving a significant share of revenue for Splunk. Your key responsibilities will include establishing a vision and plan to guide your long-term approach to pipeline generation, consistently delivering license, support, and service revenue targets, and expanding relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities.

We're looking for a seasoned sales professional with at least 5 years of direct sales experience selling enterprise software to large enterprises in fast-growing, changing, and competitive environments. Your expertise should be backed by a strong familiarity with customers and use cases in the manufacturing or supply chain industries. Additionally, previous experience utilizing partners, channels, and alliances to sell successfully would be a significant asset.

The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record of new business development and overachieving sales targets with prospects and customers in the defined territory. You should possess a strong executive presence and polish, excellent listening skills, and experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.

We offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) range of MXN 2,564,000.00 - 3,525,500.00 per year, depending on your performance and experience. As a valued member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you excel in your role.
