Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical customer support via phone, chat, and email in English and Spanish.
- Analyze call or email content to determine if an incident needs to be logged and dispatched to the corresponding support group.
- Perform account administration for various tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Technician, Computer Applications, or equivalent.
- Experience in call center or customer service environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and basic knowledge of printers, PC hardware, and software.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- English proficiency (80% spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications
- Account administration experience.
- Exposure to Oracle database.
