Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Business Plans: Collaborate with Account Directors to develop and execute business plans that drive growth opportunities and ensure partners are well-positioned to deliver successful customer implementations and deployments.
- Drive Partner and Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure partner and customer satisfaction, driving execution with excellence across account planning and pipeline management.
- Design Compelling Value Propositions: Develop and activate services based on emerging and established technologies, increasing revenue growth and liaising closely with product teams to innovate new solutions and GTM strategies.
- Provide Clear Communication: Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with senior management and various stakeholders, building and maintaining activity of performance reports and activity dashboards.
- Experience in Channel Management: Proven experience in channel management, business development roles within the enterprise software ecosystem and/or network security industry.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish languages.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of the local Mexican market and knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution development.
- Initiative and Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong initiative, ability to think creatively, and excellent presentation, written, and overall communication skills.
