The Sales Executive - Vacation Ownership Specialist position at Mvw is a key role in our sales team, responsible for presenting and involving our guests in the opportunity to become owners of our finest vacation experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Engagement: Prepare each day to meet guests as a professional sales representative through proper dress and grooming, adhering to standard work hours.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain the highest level of company/competition product knowledge by attending all required training sessions.
- Sales Performance: Achieve individual established performance guidelines within established time frames, contributing to achieving overall site VPG, closing percentage at budget levels.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service to guests as specified in training and direction of management.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in staff meetings and attend other meetings, such as seminars and training as required.
- Experience: 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the vacation sales industry.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Work Location: In-person sales role.
$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month.
