Job Description for Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Intugo. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.
  • Identify Customer Needs: Use your excellent communication skills to understand customer needs and preferences, and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Provide Product Information: Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services, and provide detailed information to customers as needed.
  • Follow Up on Customer Interactions: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues or concerns.
  • Meet Quality Standards: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of quality in your work.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, proficient computer skills, and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: $13, $15,000.00 per month.
  • Full-time Position: This is a full-time position with a regular schedule.
