About the Role

As a Mid-market Sales Executive at Infobip Ltd, you will be responsible for selling our innovative products to new customers and generating net new business in Tier 2. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as working with a focused target account list to achieve sales quotas.

Main Responsibilities

  • Achieve numeric sales quotas by promoting our products to customers and converting leads into opportunities.
  • Generate new business opportunities and report on sales efficiency through timely and accurate CRM data updates.
  • Build relationships and networks with customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Focus on lead qualification and closure for successful sales to Tier 2 customers.
  • Sell a subset of our products or services directly or via partners to a customer's base, as provided by the target account list.
  • Develop solution proposals that encompass all aspects of our application.
  • Manage sales through forecasting, account resource requesting, account strategy, and planning.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales.
  • Maintain client relationships by collaborating with MM AMs to sell and maintain account health.
  • Cross-sell for existing accounts on complicated deals, such as renegotiation.

Main Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience with a successful sales track record and commission earnings.
  • Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts, and work as a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
