Outbound Sales Account Executive French Market Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our French Market team at Factorial HR. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the French market.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities in the French market
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the French market
- Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer experience, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Providing accurate and reliable sales forecasts and pipeline management
**Requirements**
- Native French speaker with professional English language skills
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a B2B or enterprise sales environment
- Strong understanding of the French market and its dynamics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strategic messages and negotiate with key decision-makers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
