**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our French Market team at Factorial HR. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the French market.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities in the French market
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the French market
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer experience, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Providing accurate and reliable sales forecasts and pipeline management

**Requirements**

  • Native French speaker with professional English language skills
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a B2B or enterprise sales environment
  • Strong understanding of the French market and its dynamics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strategic messages and negotiate with key decision-makers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
