The Role

We're seeking an experienced Global Digital Experience Strategist to join our ICC team in Santa Fe, Mexico. As a member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for leading and managing a global chapter team across multiple locations, creating and owning strategies and goals that align with business objectives.

Your primary focus will be to support the evolution of Takeda's employees' digital experience suite, driving productivity and new ways of work through the introduction of AI-driven capabilities across internal collaboration processes.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and pods to drive velocity and precision in the execution of the company's digital portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide vision and lead global chapter capabilities build-out.
  • Define specific chapter capabilities, including harmonized sets of roles and skills.
  • Lead local Chapter Leads or subchapter Leads based on global chapter size.
  • Translate digital strategy and evolving product roadmaps into successful programs.
  • Cordinate planning, initiation, and monitoring of the portfolio at various levels of completion.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and resource optimization.
  • Drive cross-chapter initiatives with a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Project Management Professional, Disciplined Agile, or Scrum Master certification.

Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex portfolios, global engineering teams, and/or end-to-end digital initiatives in the employee experience technology domain.
  • Experience implementing, monitoring, and evolving solutions such as Microsoft Office, Automation (Power), and AI capabilities (Co-Pilot).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Director and Senior Director-level partners and stakeholders.
  • Relevant experience working in hybrid environments: on-site and virtual.
  • Strong understanding of digital portfolio & delivery management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and building strong relationships.

Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
