Job OverviewA seasoned account growth manager is needed to spearhead customer-facing initiatives, fostering strong connections with diverse stakeholders and ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, guiding teams to align with core values of CARING and drive business growth.
- Manage distributed teams internally and at the client side, leveraging risk and dependency management skills in multivendor/multi-team setups.
- Foster connections with various client stakeholders, navigating political landscapes for large global clients.
- IDentify new business opportunities and coordinate operational problem-solving efforts with Project CEOs/Scrum Masters.
- Closely collaborate with the project management team for smooth delivery and onboarding of necessary talent/resources.
- Develop short- and long-term plans for account growth, participate in RFPs, and contribute to proposal development.
- Oversee project finances, invoices, and growth margins while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends, tools, and frameworks.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong skills in Account Management and Business Development.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and location. We offer a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
