We're looking for a skilled Senior Account Growth Specialist to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strong professional relationships with clients.

About the Role
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships to achieve annual sales targets aligned with our business plan.
  • Analyze sales initiatives and data trends to identify opportunities for long-term growth and maximize potential.
  • Develop and execute account plans to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and position Mattel as a strategic partner and preferred supplier.
Requirements
  • More than 4 years of experience in key accounts (Modern Trade) with a proven track record of leading successful negotiations.
  • Strategic mindset, collaboration, high analysis capacity, and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and grow business.
