Business Development Representative

About This Opportunity:
The **Account Specialist** will report to the Sales Manager. Key responsibilities include growing and maintaining the prepaid business for InComm at assigned retailer(s), driving and maximizing account productivity, and supporting the sales team with daily account and customer-related issues. This role plays a key part in the rollout of major initiatives and ensuring all tasks are actioned in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
**Marketing and Advertising Support:**
Plan, set up, and manage promotional activity trackers and creative for all promotional assets. Support and participate in annual tradeshows, analyze and maintain a database of all promotions and shippers, and facilitate internal invoicing processes.
**Project Management:**
Develop and implement project plans, project schedules, budgets, and expenditures. Determine project changes, facilitate meetings, and distribute minutes to project team members. Execute internal and external processes, maintain key databases, and implement best practices and work on continual improvements in all processes and documentation.
**Qualifications:**
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, 1 to 2 years of Account Management experience, business strategy and process skills, and proven ability to create and implement strategic plans. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks and demands in a fast-paced work environment and effective verbal and written communication at all levels.
