Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. This role plays a critical part in driving business growth and fostering a positive social climate within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote labour competitiveness increase through effective workforce planning and management.
  • Animate a workforce planning management, both for the current period (temp management, DL turnover) and for the future (anticipation of evolutions linked to the MTP).
  • Lead the preparation and supervision of reorganisation, rationalisation, and redundancy plans.
  • Study the consequences of footprint optimisation strategy from the industrial relations standpoint and advise to prevent and anticipate possible tensions and conflicts.
