We are seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Specialist to join our dedicated team. This role involves providing outstanding service to customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, active listening abilities, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
This position requires the ability to work closely with other team members to provide seamless support to our customers. We are looking for someone who is polite, professional, and adaptable, with a high level of English proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering or making calls to customers to address their needs and concerns
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, providing practical solutions and ensuring clients feel supported and valued
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing tense situations as needed
- Building lasting relationships with customers and other team members based on trust and reliability
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed department metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service
- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that suit client needs better
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; more education or experience may be preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills
- Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
- Adaptability and accountability to build a career within the company
