CUSTOMER SUCCESS / SERVICIO Y ENLACE A CLIENTE

Requisitos:
Licencitura concluida en Arquitectura, Administración, Ingenieria o afin.
Experiencia minima de 3 años (preferente en desarrolladora y/o constructoras)
Ingles avanzado

Funciones:
Este profesional actúa como el enlace principal entre la empresa y el cliente, asi como en la comunicación interna entre áreas, brindando orientación, y solucionando problemas.

Comunicación directa y efectiva con áreas involucradas (Ventas, Legal, Obra, Finanzas, etc.). Será el/la encargada de gestionar, y presupuestar durante el proceso de edificación con el área comercial, obra y legal
Seguimiento de controles de avances de proyectos, comunicados, notificaciones
Seguimientos de saldos, balances, estados, seguimiento de cobranzas y fechas de contratos
Resolución a peticiones especiales, por clientes preferentes o acuerdos de convenios legales.
Selección y actualización de cartera de la empresa, realizar encuestas de satisfacción y rewards a clientes preferenciales y/o reincidentes
Contacto directo con clientes para determinar y llevar control sobre peticiones, cambios en sus departamentos, costos, seguimiento de avances de obra.
Oferta:
Sueldo base negociable
Prestaciones de ley
Horarios: : Lunes a viernes 9:00 am a 6:00pm y Sábado 9:00 am a 1:00 pm
Zona a laborar: Playa del Carmen (Con opción de movilidad a Tulum, Cancún).
