RESUMEN DEL PUESTO
Buscamos un Especialista en Generación de Demanda altamente motivado y con experiencia en el sector de consultoría SAP. El candidato ideal será responsable de desarrollar e implementar estrategias de marketing y ventas para atraer y generar leads calificados, contribuyendo al crecimiento del negocio.

EDUCACIÓN
· Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Marketing, Relaciones Comerciales, Administración de Empresas
· Nivel de Estudios: Titulado o concluida
· Especialidad en Marketing o Digital Marketing, deseable
1. RESPONSABILIDADES
· Realizar inteligencia de la base datos (Conformar)
· Segmentar, crear y calificar las cuentas y contactos de la base de datos
· Unificar, concentrar y mantener actualizada la base de datos de cuentas y contactos. Asegurar un seguimiento adecuado.
· Generar oportunidades de venta de calidad (Leads Calificados) para cada uno de los productos y servicios de la empresa
· Colaborar con el equipo Comercial para identificar y calificar oportunidades de negocio de acuerdo a objetivos de venta
Realizar investigación de mercado para entender las necesidades de los cliente y tendencias de la industria.
· Analizar métricas y resultados de campañas y eventos, proponer mejoras basadas en datos.
· Generar prospección a través de Linked In, Sales Navigator, Base de contactos y Campañas de Marketing.
· Creación y generación de Campañas de Marketing y Marketing Digital
· Creación y organizar eventos presenciales, en línea (webinar) y otras actividades que ayuden a la generación de nuevos leads.
· Manejo de redes sociales de la empresa (Community Manager) - deseable
· Generar contenido y posicionamiento de la empresa en redes sociales - deseable
· Atención a prospectos que se acerquen a la empresa (Página Web, Chatbot, Whatsapp, correo, Linkedin, etc.)

3. COMPETENCIAS TÉCNICAS
· Conocimiento en productos de SAP. Familiaridad con las soluciones SAP y su aplicación en diferentes industrias (deseable)
· Marketing Digital. Dominio de herramientas y plataformas de Marketing Digital (Linked In, Sales Navigator, email marketing)
· Análisis de datos: Capacidad de interpretar y analizar datos para medir el resultado de campañas.
· Generación de contenido. Creación de contenido relevante y atractivo (infografías, webinars, email marketing, etc)
· Manejo avanzado de Office y Teams
