Description
Objetivo:
Responsable de liderar la relación comercial con clientes clave de la compañía en el canal moderno, para asegurar la ejecución de estrategia para el cumplimiento de los KPIs de la compañía y el cliente.
Administra el desempeño de las categorías a su cargo, su principal labor es lograr los objetivos planteados por la compañía con las cuentas a su cargo a través de estrategias comerciales alineadas con el cliente y la compañía.
Interactúa y asegura la alineación con las áreas de soporte (Mkt, Trade, Logistica, S&OP) para dar el mejor servicio 360° al cliente.
Actividades:
·Responsable de la relación comercial con el cliente, entre sus principales labores está, presentar elaborar y presentar JBP´s anuales, planes promocionales, juntas semanales, quincenales, mensuales con clientes.
·Administra la información del cliente y las categorías a cargo, para detectar áreas de oportunidad y generar estrategias que generen ventas incrementales.
·Responsable de desarrollar la estrategia de crecimiento del cliente a 3-5años, definiendo pilares estratégicos, tácticos y actividades detalladas para su crecimiento.
·Liderar y desarrollo de distribuidor para importados a total Canal UTT
·Asegurar la rentabilidad y responsable del P&L del cliente.
·Gestión del equipo. Responsable de trabajar con el equipo interno (Mkt, Trade, Logistica, S&OP) para asegurar las mejores estrategias y cumplimiento de KPI´s mes con mes.
·Ejecución con clientes: catalogaciones, Descatalogaciones, in & Outs, Precios.
Realiza planeación de ventas y Forecast para clientes a cargo a nivel categoría y Sku.
Competencias:
2 años de experiencia en puesto similar o del ramo comercial (Ventas Key accounts, Compras, Trade MKT, MKT).
Titulados en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Económicas o similar.
Deseable máster en Business Administration (MBA), o máster en Comercio y Marketing.
