Position Overview:

In the role of a Customer Service Representative, you will address a variety of customer inquiries in a personalized, friendly, and informative manner, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert on the product, knowing all the specifics of its functioning.
  • Provide first-level support to customers via email and/or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Responding to customer needs.
  • Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Provide cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner.
  • Utilize various Helpware and client-based tools and applications for customer support.
  • Fully dedicated to a 40 hour work week with shifting schedules.
  • Other related tasks assigned by managers of the Clients and/or Helpware

Education.

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Work Experience

  • 1+ year of experience in any customer service area

Technical Skills

  • Experience working with CRM, any ticket system is preferred
