Objetivo del Puesto:

  • Asegurar el pago de sueldos y salarios y que sea cubierto acorde a los requerimientos de la legislación y las necesidades internas de la compañía así como dar trámite y seguimiento a los requerimientos con dependencias gubernamentales ( IMSS, INFONAVIT, ETC).

Actividades principales:

  • Participar en las actividades de apoyo a la comunidad.
  • Determinar los plazos para el pago de compensaciones.
  • Realizar el pago de sueldos y salarios en el tiempo para el grupo de nóminas especificado.
  • Administrar los datos maestros y apoyar en el módulo SAP-ESS
  • Administrar los archivos de personal y las aclaraciones de nómina de los asociaos.
  • Asesorar a los asociados sobre compensación y preguntas sobre seguro social, Infonavit y Fonacot.
  • Asesorar a los miembros del equipo en cuestiones técnicas.
  • Realizar la captura de incidencias para el pago de sueldos y salarios en tiempo para el grupo de nómina especificado.
  • Administrar los archivos de personal ( las altas y bajas del personal en el sistema del IMSS, así como en los diferentes sistemas de Recursos Humanos).
  • Elaboración y control de contratos individuales de trabajo, así como el seguimiento a las fechas de sus vencimientos.
  • Administración de archivo de personal y archivo muerto.
  • Comunicar al personal las políticas y procedimientos del área de Recursos Humanos.
  • Seguimiento e implementación de las sanciones y reportes que se emitan en relaciones laborales.

Requisitos del puesto:

  • Título Universitario: Relaciones Industriales, LAE, Contaduría o afin
  • Experiencia 2-3 años
  • Ingles Intermedio

Experiencia laboral:

  • Experiencia en industria automotriz o manufacturera
  • Administración de compensaciones y beneficios
  • Aplicación de Ley Federal de Trabajo
