The Position
As a National Sales Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
Lead the Obesity Sales Team nationwide, ensuring performance management and professional development.
Develop and execute strategies and goals to achieve sales objectives and strategic product sales development in the Obesity sales market.
Develop best practices for solving market development and sales development challenges.
Work together with key stakeholders (marketing, medical, commercial, etc) in the organization to provide support to the sales team.
Build strong relationships with KOLs and other relevant external stakeholders across the country.
Manage sales budget by making strategic investments while maximizing profitability.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Degree in business administration, life sciences, or other relevant discipline; Master's degree is a plus.
Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industries with strong sales management across districts and regions.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
Previous experience in product launching and/or cardiometabolic products.
About the Department
You will be joining the National Obesity Sales Team, a dedicated group responsible for promoting and selling Novo Nordisk's products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and other public institutions.
