We are looking to hire a Regional Digital Sales Specialist in our location in Guadalajara

Responsabilities:

  • Identify and manage the online ordering UX improvements, prioritize and inform the development roadmap for execution together with the digital team
  • Collaborate cross functionally with business, marketing, product and technical teams to execute intuitive user experiences for our customers and prospects on ZF AM web portals
  • Design, plan, manage, analyze, support and continuously improve regional customer lifecycle management campaigns, utilizing our customer targeting automation and CRM suite.
  • Manage the performance of our regional demand funnels, by effectively influencing all key decision makers that impact the success of demand generation programs.
  • Coordinate the regional input to customize accurate ML & AI algorithms

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Knowledge of how backend systems such as CRM, marketing automation, profiles, access & entitlement integrate into the digital experience and associated business processes
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to leverage digital and behavioral metrics and insights to drive business decisions or direction
  • Experience with Web analytics
  • Deep understanding of the sales process, the customer journey, and changing buyer behaviors
  • Experts in the sales methodology and technology
  • Ability to communicate technical data to a nontechnical audience
  • Train and coach internal & external customers in an effective way
