About the role:


In this role, you'll report directly to a customer support executive and be supported by a team of fellow EAs.

Your primary responsibility will be to work alongside your executives to provide top-tier administrative support.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and optimize multiple executive calendars
  • Plan and book complex travel itineraries
  • Manage all workrelated expenses
  • Assist in creating and managing agendas for departmental staff meetings
  • Help organize and plan internal events (offsites, teambuilding, etc.)
  • Anticipate and react to executive requests in an expedient manner
  • General administrative duties and ad hoc requests as needed
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • Minimum 23 years of professional experience, preferably in an office setting
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to be resourceful, flexible, and proactive with a strong bias to action
  • A strong sense of direction around sensitive scenarios, confidential information
  • Familiarity with tech environments and a strong understanding of how business works
  • Friendly and professional demeanor and is excited about contributing to our team culture
  • Experience using G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Expensify, Netsuite, and Slack, or tools like them
  • Based in Mexico City or within a reasonable commuting distance from CDMX
