El CSR actúa como enlace entre el cliente y los equipos de producción con el fin de impulsar la satisfacción del cliente a través de todos los Indicadores clave del proceso (KPI) -Seguridad, Calidad, Entrega al cliente, Inventario y Productividad.
- Prepara cotizaciones y responde a todas las consultas de los clientes
- Se asegura de que el precio del pedido/las especificaciones del producto estén dentro de los acuerdos contractuales
- Coordina los detalles de los pedidos a través del proceso de producción para garantizar la finalización del pedido y el compromiso de entrega.
- Sirve como soporte de ventas internas para el territorio asignado para alcanzar o superar las cuotas de ventas.
- Prepara y crea documentos, como órdenes de compra, así como memorandos de mercancías devueltas y créditos/refacturaciones, con los equipos de producción, adquisiciones, contabilidad y/o ventas y marketing para su revisión o acción.
Requisitos:
Título de Asociado en Negocios, Mercadeo o campo relacionado requerido
Dominio de los productos de Microsoft Office; experiência con Microsoft BC una ventaja.
Capaz de leer e interpretar documentos, tales como manuales de procedimientos técnicos, instrucciones de trabajo y diseños/dibujos de productos
Capaz de administrar de manera efectiva y eficiente las demandas y prioridades que cambian rápidamente, resolviendo problemas de manera rápida y objetiva
