Nível de Inglés: 90% (escrito y hablado), capaz de mantener conversaciones de negocio

EXPERIENCIA:
1 año en posición similar, realizando actividades de atención a clientes, análisis de información, negociación y solución de conflictos.
CONOCIMIENTOS:
- Dominio del Sistema SAP (deseable)
- Manejo de Excel.
- Comunicación efectiva.
PRINCIPALES ACTIVIDADES:
- Establecer y mantener una comunicación constante con todos los clientes de la empresa.
- Atención a necesidades y requerimientos de cliente, así como solución a problemas.
- Monitorear y asegurar que los clientes reciban el producto terminado oportunamente.
- Enfoque a objetivos, para cumplimiento de indicadores de resultados.
