Perfil:

Estudios:
Licenciatura en Administración o Ingeniería Industrial.

Nível de Inglés: 90% (escrito y hablado), capaz de mantener conversaciones de negocio

Ubicación del empleo:
Guadalupe, N.L. (Parque Finsa)

EXPERIENCIA:

1 año en posición similar, realizando actividades de atención a clientes, análisis de información, negociación y solución de conflictos.

CONOCIMIENTOS:

  • Dominio del Sistema SAP (deseable)
  • Manejo de Excel.
  • Comunicación efectiva.

PRINCIPALES ACTIVIDADES:

  • Establecer y mantener una comunicación constante con todos los clientes de la empresa.
  • Atención a necesidades y requerimientos de cliente, así como solución a problemas.
  • Monitorear y asegurar que los clientes reciban el producto terminado oportunamente.
  • Enfoque a objetivos, para cumplimiento de indicadores de resultados.
