El personal de la empresa se encarga de la gestión de la información de los clientes, garantiza que la información de los clientes se documente adecuadamente y se introduzca en el sistema de forma oportuna.

Escribe o prepara de otro modo diversos informes de operaciones y de clientes.

Generar y documentar las guías de importación a través de sistema empresarial con la finalidad de llevar el seguimiento necesario a partir de las solicitudes hasta la entrega final del envío.

Licenciatura en Relaciones Internacionales /Comercio Internacional. Experiência previa en oficina o atención al cliente en un entorno de servicios. Se requieren conocimientos generales de oficina, archivo y programas informáticos. -Buenas habilidades de comunicación y relaciones humanas. Voz clara y articulada.
