- Problem-Solving & Strategic Planning: Lead comprehensive analyses to optimize operating models, processes and technology. Formulate solutions and prioritize implementation based on initiative impact. Create detailed work plans to capture value
- Solution Implementation: Ensure execution by coordinating multidisciplinary teams and defining change management plans
