Danfoss is looking for an experienced Service Manager based in Monterrey.

As our new Service Manager, you will be responsible to lead the activities of the sales team for the DrivePro part and D4 division in Mexico, perfect guidelines and procedures with commercial autonomy, seeking to support the board of directors in the communication and execution of sales strategies, services, and their P&L, manage portfolio of clients with high strategic potential and define the supply chain of our products and solutions in order to meet the needs of the market in question.

Also to develop relationships and establish contacts with strategic clients, control sales realization, develop and make D4 area presentations, coordinate, develop and support DrivePro products in the market, responsible for updating CRM and pipeline, monitoring performance indicators, train, guide, charge, advise and develop the team of commercial sellers.

Actively participate in professional civil associations according to the subsegments and act in accordance with the company's Ethics guidelines and its Quality Policy.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Reports, statistics and KPI control:

Extract, prepare and analyze reports and statistics of the main performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, manage inventory numbers, overdue invoice volume and purchases, seeking to achieve business goals and monitor the main performance indicators (KPIs) and sales team quality.


Client Administration:

Manage a portfolio of clients with high strategic potential with commercial autonomy, through in-person visits, supporting management in the development and communication of sales strategies in order to develop and establish relationships with clients, follow up on startups, negotiate prices, analyze customer applications, make specifications, provide information to the customer and influence and collaborate with the customer service team in customer management.


Sales Proposal:

Manage the preparation and sending of sales proposals (quotes) according to the clients' needs, and their monitoring in order to complete the sale, their subsequent management through sales orders, and the timely execution of the invoice.


Post Sales Service:
Manage the support of products, solutions and services in the market for after-sales services and digital services. Develop contact with new and strategic clients, as well as end users, and promote participation in specialized fairs. Permanently explore the market in order to identify business opportunities that result in effective sales. Analysis of the macroeconomic environment and impacts on the market, in accordance with strategic sales decisions and business needs.

CRM Updates:

Responsible for updating CRM and pipeline with activities and opportunities continuously, seeking to maintain sales information in real time so that it can serve as a database for the extraction of KPIs.


People Management:

Train, guide, charge, advise and develop the sales team, recruit new employees, apply Danfoss personnel management programs and follow personnel administration guidelines and processes following the Danfoss standard.

Bachelors degree on Mechanical & Electrical engineering or relevant experience from a similar role in Sales / Sales Service.
Robust experience in Project Management related to the Post Sales Service.
Mexican market savvy.
High customer focus, negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
Experience with technical support & warranties management.
Proficient at English language
