- Function as Sales Operations Representative at meetings where business and technical processes are discussed, and follow-up on outstanding items as necessary.
- Serve as the North American representative for User Acceptance Testing and work closely with the system development teams.
- Ensure external & internal audit compliance by following internal L&H guideline processes and organizational Governance and Risk Management.
- Participate in L&H training and projects and contribute to process improvements.
- Minimum four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Re/insurance knowledge and experience in the industry; L&H specific knowledge is a plus.
- Strong skill sets including systems knowledge of: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Teams, Outlook.
- Highly motivated individual who can think analytically and proactively, along with strong reading comprehension.
- Works together with internal stakeholders, listens to their needs, and looks at challenges from their viewpoint.
- Excellent organizer who is flexible and able to work effectively under tight deadline.
- Able to execute both independently and in a team.
- Owns problems and the accountability for solving them; can cope with changes in tasks and priorities.
- Displays an openness to new ideas and solutions, whether from inside or outside; has the ability and willingness to transfer knowledge and experience to colleagues.
- Proactively assists others and seeks opportunities to "pitch in" and help colleagues.
