**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

The main purpose of a quality process role is to ensure that the processes within an organization are carried out efficiently, consistently, and in accordance with established quality standards. The person in this quality process role will work to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and monitor performance metrics to enhance overall operational effectiveness.

**Your Impact**

**As Analista Asoc de Ops de RRHH, your functions would consist of **
- Issue log, a governance process implemented to generate an error log with authorization flows, which will be documented, analyzed, and tracked locally. These operational errors in data, processes, or technology will then be documented on the global platform.
- Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), establishing and monitoring KPIs to assess the effectiveness of processes and make adjustments as necessary.
- Control Monitoring, by arranging monthly reviews to validate errors presented in end-to-end processes (operational impacts, GCS controls, validation routines, etc.), and detailed action and mitigation plans will be outlined by the involved teams.
- Continuous Improvement, by looking in new ways to improve our current processes. By measuring customer satisfaction, automating and enhancing process efficiency, and identifying opportunities impartially and with a holistic vision.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology, Human Resources, Administration or related field of study.
- Fluent in English (Writtehn & Verbal skills)
- Experience in Data visualization using Power BI.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power Point, Word.
- Analytical Thinking
- Insights Generation
- Data Knowledge
- Quantitative analysis and statistics
- Database Managment: SQL (Nice to have)
- Programming: Python (Nice to have)
