**Lo que harás**:
- Liderar procesos de financiamiento con nuestros clientes para el pago de los equipos adquiridos.
- Entender las necesidades de cada uno de estos clientes para ofrecer una solución de financiamiento a la medida.
- Liderar procesos de negociación largos y complejos, tanto con clientes como con bancos, para obtener aprobaciones.
- Responsable del liderazgo general y la gestión diaria del proceso dentro de su región y/o clientes asignados.
- Desarrollar un conocimiento profundo del mercado, procesos de ventas y/o grupos de clientes.
- Comprender de manera profunda los métricos del negocio y sus necesidades.
**Lo que necesitas tener**:
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Economía o carreras afínes.
- Título profesional es indispensable.
- Experiência liderando operaciones de $200,000.00 USD o más, así como operaciones muy estructuradas y complejas.
- Experiência en operaciones de arrendamiento o financiamiento en general.
- Inglés conversacional avanzado.
