Descripción del empleo

El Partner Success es el responsable de crear, desarrollar y mejorar la relación comercial entre socios y la compañía.

**Requisitos**:
Licenciatura trunca o terminada
Herramienta: Indispensable experiência en G-suite, Hubspot
Disponibilidad para trabajar guardias: Trabajar 2 fines de semana al mes (1 semana en sábado, otra semana en domingo pagado) Horario completo 10am - 5pm
Experiência en Servicio y/o atención al cliente
Experiência de al menos un año en área comercial

Responsabilidades / Actividades:

- Revisión y seguimiento de la operación
- Farming de Unidades
- Reasignaciones
- Asesoría a socios para colocación de unidades
- Renegociaciones y recotizaciones
- Plática y conocimiento de socios
- Partnerships (Gaceta de beneficios a socios)
- Seguimiento y mejora del Ranking
- Retener socios
- Envío de Comunicados
- Prevención de incidencias
- Comunicación de término de servicio
- Reubicación de unidades
