At Expedia Group, we're committed to empowering our lodging partners to succeed in a rapidly evolving market. As a Partner Success Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our partners have the tools and knowledge they need to thrive on our platform.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

  • Leverage our toolkit to help partners increase their customer base on Expedia Group
  • Support new partners in ramping up and sustaining their hotel revenue and market share on our platform
  • Communicate special offers and promotional deals to help partners benefit from our merchandising and marketing efforts
  • Educate lodging partners on how to take control of their listings using our self-service features

**What We're Looking For:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in Account Management or Commercial Engagement
  • Ability to work towards targets, goals, and strategic objectives set by our leadership team
  • Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle objections, secure commitments, and be resilient
  • High impact personality with intellectual agility, entrepreneurship, and empathy
