Territory Manager

Contacto de ventas principal para el área asignada / base de clientes. Realiza llamadas de ventas semanales a clientes comerciales. Trabaja para aumentar las ventas mediante la construcción de relaciones comerciales sólidas. Establece y mantiene un inventario en las cuentas que se benefician del programa. Discute y vende ofertas especiales de ventas y ofertas de folletos. Enlace entre el cliente y el equipo de la tienda. Asegura la completa satisfacción del cliente. Supervisa la rentabilidad mediante la utilización de informes. Pasa al menos el 80% de la jornada laboral fuera de la propiedad de AutoZone realizando tareas de venta. Realiza otras tareas que se le asignen.
- Prospección de nuevas cuentas para todo tipo de clientes comerciales.
- Captar, mantener y recuperar clientes, logrando provocar ventas mediante sus visitas físicas a talleres y empresas.
- Utilizar las herramientas de venta proporcionadas por la dirección, atendiendo los diferentes enfoques según el plan anual.
- Conocer la situación del mercado, mediante la recopilación de información en campo con clientes y competidores, para ser responsable de una categoría.
- Formar nuevos integrantes del equipo comercial de campo y gestionar estrategias comerciales con la operación.
Requerimientos
- Escolaridad: Licenciatura trunca o terminada (deseable)
- Experiência: Vendedor de baterias de LTH, representante medico.
- Conocimientos tecnicos: Conocimientos en mecanica automotriz o refacciones automotrices. Maquinaria pesada.
- Conocimientos tecnicos: Intermedio / reportes.
