**CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**
- Technical career/related bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of Customer Service experience
**ACTIVITES**:
- Verify the accuracy of customer orders.
- Initiates the action required to respond to customer service requests for order changes, including maintaining order/customer information files and communicating changes to the appropriate staff/departments.
- Receives inquiries and/or contacts the organization's branches/regional offices to resolve a variety of order-related issues.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Provides customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner.
- Prepares customer service summary reports.
- Serves customers by providing product and service information coordinates handling of difficult and/or unusual situations. Troubleshooting products and services.
- Process orders and provide status of existing orders.
