**Our Phenomenal Opportunity**:
We are now looking for an Senior Support Engineer that will provide technical Support to our customers. In this role, you will be working with the latest in Technologies IMS & Telecom Cloud, solving and resolving problems/sophisticated issues to stabilize customer networks.
The Support Engineer typically interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers and other groups within the Service Delivery organization. You may also get along with groups in R&D Organizations.
As there are no distinct borders between the areas, you will need to be flexible and master more than one area. You are encouraged to work in different cultural environments. The evolution of technology is moving fast and you are responsible for continuously keeping your competence and skills up to date.
Working as a support engineer will require a broad knowledge within native and virtualized IMS solutions as well as Cloud. You will work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers demanding strong soft skills such as Customer Management. The role more than often requires you to tackle big responsibility and it is meaningful that you can work independently.
**You will**:
Handle customer issues
Handle dedicated support
Troubleshoot and resolve Customer NTW issues
**To be successful in the role you must have**:
Education: Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering degree or related
Min years of experience: +3 years of experience in CS Core products with hands on experience as Integration Engineer or Support Engineer
Solid knowledge on MSS Domain products - MSC-S, M-MGW, STP/IP-STP and DRA
Solid Knowledge on UDM Domain product
- HLR-FE
Basic knowledge of IMS Solution (e.g.: MTAS, CSCF, SBG/BGF, etc )
Understanding the Circuit switch call flows in a network
Able to know the parameter and configuration changes with impact analysis on IMS and MSS Nodes.
Mobile Call flows and Protocols understanding, VoLTE call flows, CS Fallback and SRVCC procedures.
Trouble-shooting RANAP, INAP, CAMEL, MAP, SIP and Diameter protocols handling
Also, fixing over SCTP, TCP/IP, SCCP, TCAP transport protocols.
Understanding of Cloud/Virtualization concepts and handling VNF
Negotiation, Argumentation skills and Planning & organizing skills with Presentation & communication skills.
Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
English and Spanish: proficient spoken
