**Requisitos**:
- 5 años de experiência en roles de postventa, body shops, negocio B2B en empresas de producto de pintura
- Recubrimiento automotriz- Gran perspicacia comercial, inteligencia de mercado, ventas y capacidad analítica para impulsar el crecimiento.-
- Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente y en colaboración con diversos grupos de partes interesadas internas y externas para alinear y alcanzar objetivos comunes.-
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonales /Networking Commercial-
- Amplio dominió del sector automotriz-Postventa, distribuidores,talleres-
- Inglés conversacional/ equipo multicultural**Principales Actividades**:
- Desarrollar estrategias para el continuo crecimiento de las cuentas coorporativas del la división.
- apoyado de estudios de mercado y market intelligence.- Demanda Mensual para el segmento (6 meses)-
- Comunicación corporativa con armadoras, para revisar proyectos, nuevos talleres.-
- Prospectar en conjunto con los distribuidores y ejecutivos de zona tanto talleres como grupos.-
- Apoyar en el desarrollo de herramientas de consulta para los ejecutivos como técnicos para el apoyo en la venta.-
- Productos con su precio Listo Para Aplicar (LPA)/ Tablas de consumo/ Tablas de Relación de Mezcla-
- Supervisar el desarrollo e implementación de Axalta Consulting-
- Preparar presentaciones para las juntas de liderazgo.**Our Company**:
