Objetivo:
Identificar y generar leads calificados mediante estrategias creativas y el uso de herramientas tecnológicas. El objetivo principal es nutrir el pipeline de ventas, optimizando la conversión de leads y ampliando la cartera de clientes de manera eficiente.Lo que harás:

- Analizar datos de adquisición de ventas y métricas de desempeño.
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para adquirir nuevos clientes.
- Supervisar y reportar las actividades relacionadas con la adquisición de ventas.Crear y gestionar listas de prospectos en plataformas CRM, garantizando datos actualizados y seguimiento efectivo.
- Colaborar con los equipos de ventas y marketing para identificar oportunidades de adquisición, para entender necesidades específicas y optimizar estrategias de generación de leads.
- Realizar investigaciones sobre mejores prácticas y tendencias en adquisición de ventas.Brindar apoyo y orientación en estrategias de adquisición.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência: 1-2 años en roles similares, preferiblemente en entornos de ventas B2B.
- Conocimientos tecnológicos: Manejo avanzado de herramientas de búsqueda como LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), y plataformas de automatización de marketing.
- Creatividad para desarrollar nuevas estrategias de prospección.
- Orientación a resultados y capacidad analítica para interpretar datos de prospectos.
- Habilidades de comunicación para interactuar con prospectos y coordinar con equipos internos.
- Organización para gestionar múltiples prospectos y mantener el seguimiento activo.

Sueldo: $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 al mes
