Delivers training to customer success, sales, and/or account management employees using classroom, live online and e-learning
- Facilitates, coordinates and create the training content for both new hire and experienced customer success, sales, and/or account management employees. The training is designed and delivered with the specific intent of increasing job capabilities and sales performance.
- Develops and delivers on-going training programs to ensure customer success, sales, and account management employees are kept current on all products and competitive developments.
- Participates and may facilitate in organizations and key user group meetings, staff trade shows and exhibitions.
- Selects the most cost-effective training delivery method, using classroom, live online and e-learning to balance training effectiveness and cost-reduction objectives
