**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**:
The Sales Manager will spend most of their time with prospective clients Flywire is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team in Latin America. This position is accountable for the full sales cycle from start to get them onboard, pursuing new business and opportunities in order to effectively acquire, lead, and profitably grow our client database. This person will convert client conversations into qualified, developed, proposed, and closed sales opportunities.

As we are rapidly growing our reach across Latin America, we are excited by adding to our team The individual needs to be self-motivated and able to connect with the team here and FlyMates globally.

Reporting to the Latin America Managing Director, the success of this position will hinge on your dynamic expertise in sales, the development of strong partner relationships and positive liaison with the Flywire teams
- Work autonomously to meet and exceed sales targets
- Execute lead generation activities to feed the pipeline constantly
- Update CRM and other systems to follow the sales process and pipeline evolution
- Follow all process and procedures related to the sales cycle
- Develop a detailed knowledge of the business product offering and value proposition
- Investigate problems for clients by tailoring plans that address their needs
- Reflect the things we value in all communication
- Work with internal teams to engage audiences and develop deep business insight
- Continuously improve through feedback

**Qualifications**:
**Here's What We're Looking For**:

- An understanding of the higher education with strong knowledge and network Mexico
- Proven experience as Sales Executive/Representative
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sale
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Strong team work spirit and collaboration skills
- Business degree or other equivalent formal qualification
- Must be comfortable speaking in English and Spanish
