National Sales Director

Uline is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Mexico sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting sales initiatives across our Mexican branches and sales offices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet sales and profitability goals.
- Oversee and coach Sales Directors, Managers, and Trainers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to sales staff to improve their performance.
- Deliver training and mentorship to develop the capabilities of the Mexico sales team.
- Communicate and present company updates and directives to Branch and Corporate sales leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in sales/sales management with strong coaching skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive sales experience in B2B supplies, preferably in an industrial, distribution, or business services focus.
- Ability to travel to Uline's Mexico locations up to 50% of the year, with some travel to the U.S.
