**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Professional to join our team at Vertiv Group Corp.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Below are some key responsibilities for this role:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, requiring strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, first-call resolutions, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Foster strong relationships with customers through effective communication, empathy, and a solution-focused approach.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology-related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
**What We Offer**
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
