**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Professional to join our team at Vertiv Group Corp.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Below are some key responsibilities for this role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, requiring strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, first-call resolutions, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through effective communication, empathy, and a solution-focused approach.
  • Work closely with the quality assurance team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology-related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
