Job Description:

A Sales Development Representative at Growth Era will play a pivotal role in driving client success by managing and optimizing outreach efforts. This includes advanced prospecting responsibilities, nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, and guiding prospects through the funnel. As a senior member of the SDR team, you'll mentor junior SDRs and collaborate with sales leadership to refine strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include generating leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings. You'll identify prospective buyers' needs, build long-term relationships, and qualify leads as sales opportunities. Additionally, you'll be accountable for weekly, monthly, and quarterly results, maintaining accurate notes in the CRM application, and participating in discovery meetings.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing SDR/BDR
  • C1+ English level
  • Proficiency in English within a business environment
  • Experience working for a U.S.-based Tech company selling into U.S. prospects, with a strong focus on cold calling
  • CRM and SEP software proficiency
  • Proficient with MS Outlook/G Suite

Key Metrics:

  • Meeting volume: six to 12 new sales qualified attended meetings per month
