Service Desk Specialist

En Inetum, buscamos a un profesional con experiencia en equipos de soporte técnico, retail y banca, que se integre a nuestro equipo en un importante proyecto con una prestigiosa entidad.
Responsabilidades:
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años como Service Desk
- Experiencia en equipos Retail (POS, dispositivos móviles, servidores, impresoras, escáneres, verificadores de precio, etc.) y Banca (impresoras, equipos personales, dispositivos móviles, PC ́s, Laptop's, escáneres, servidores, equipos de comunicación, etc.)
- Experiencia en el manejo de borrado seguro y protocolos de seguridad informática
- Excelente nivel de relacionamiento con usuarios finales
- Soporte Técnico vía telefónica (mínimo 6 meses de experiencia)
- Soporte a nivel de software y hardware
Requisitos:
- Conocimientos en tecnologías de información y comunicación
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y resolver problemas de manera efectiva
- Excelente comunicación y habilidades de relación con usuarios finales
