About the Role

Boston Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Sales Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the Baja California Norte and Sonora regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, distributors, and healthcare professionals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share
  • Collaborate with the Field Clinical Specialist to develop and execute key account plans
  • Negotiate and process customer orders to achieve sales targets
Requirements
  • College degree and 2-4 years of sales experience
  • Proven analytical, planning, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel 40-50% of the time
