Customer Service Expert

Trust People is seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team. As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for guiding and educating customers to give them proactive assistance as they onboard and configure their SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects to a timeline, based on the scope provided, and ensure deadlines
  • Maintain product expertise across the product line
  • Collaborate in establishing world-class customer service policies, processes, and standards
  • Provide business consultation for customers, capture the business problem, and configure their platform in order to meet and exceed expectations

Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual
  • Bachelor's degree and at least +3 years experience with:
  • Good understanding of SaaS product implementation process and infrastructure requirements
  • Professional consulting experience, ideally in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills
  • Willing and able to travel domestically up to 50%
