Customer Service Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team at Trust People.
This role requires a fully bilingual individual with a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of SaaS product implementation process and professional consulting experience.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Guiding and educating customers to provide proactive assistance as they onboard and configure their SaaS
- Managing projects to a timeline and ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintaining product expertise across the product line
- Collaborating in establishing world-class customer service policies, processes, and standards
- Providing business consultation for customers and configuring their platform to meet and exceed expectations
- Conducting meetings onsite and remotely according to methodology standards
The position offers:
- Base salary according to experience ($40,000 - $60,000 gross)
